He finally came, yay!!! I got it today, it took about 2weeks to arrive. The seller is polite, answers questions. The quality is good, the plastic is dense. Spikes on the surface are tough. Three positions. In general, everything is as stated. I'm happy, thank you to the seller! It came in a purgatory, postal package, but as it is not strange in integrity)))

I want to preface this review by saying that I've used this for three days. I'll update my review in a couple weeks.

I fell from my grandparents' porch and landed on my back when I was a child. They had an above ground basement, so I fell a pretty big distance. I also developed bad posture as a teen. I've had some back and neck pain my whole life. Two pregnancies with large babies probably didn't help, either. For the last few months, my pain became more serious, and even more so after beginning to sit at a desk for 8/9 hours at a time at the beginning of August.

I decided to order this back-stretching device on a whim. I do still have pain (It's only been a few days), but I've noticed that I can move my right arm more easily, which is crazy to me. Just a few days ago, I was in pain while wiping myself, and I'm still a young-ish person.

After laying on this device, I feel at peace and like I can get some sleep. I've had insomnia for a long time and hadn't realized it was spine-related. I'm hoping that this will eventually fix my hiatal hernia, as well. If you can't tell, my spine has caused a lot of problems for me. I'm sorry if my thoughts seemed jumbled, but I wanted to write this review after using the back stretcher again and before I fall asleep.

Feel the difference immediately!

This product works great! When it first arrived and I opened it i set it up with the help of instructions nothing major and then i laid back for 3-5 min on the floor i felt the difference instantly and my pain started to resolve. I also used it for the first time in my vehicle while driving helps the pain as I’m making it to my destination and as I’m sitting at work all day as the device is shown pictured. ☺️

I have had problems with my back since I had my first child who is now 32! Doing the stretch for 5mins a night has been really helpful. The pain in my back and hip are reduced enough for me not to really have to focus on them during the day

Because of covid and working from
Home, my lower back started to hurt a lot. I’m constantly sitting and even with the orthotic seat cushion it’s not helping. So I got this hoping it’d help. I have to to the highest setting and it helps relieve so much back ache and pain! I especially love the little nubs, it feels relaxing once you get used to it! Sometimes I hear a few pops too! So good and so easy to use !!!!

This is great.. i am amazed how good it worked for my back pain. I been suffering form lower back pain since last year due to driving but this thing helped me a lot. Now whenever i drive too much i just use this for couple of minutes and feels really great.. Level 3 is too much. I started with level 1 and now i use level 2. works great for me. I believe Gradually you will be comfortable with level 3. Thank you for saving my back..

I was surprised how well it does stretch your back. If you have not been stretching already start on the flattest one, it's deceiving because it looks like it wouldn't stretch you but it does...as my husband found out when he moved it to the second setting and immediately pulled a muscle when he tried it. Also doing it for 10 min each day is helpful, doesn't seem long but it is, I can feel a difference in my back. Deep breathing to relax the back while using helps too. I like my trigger point roller and I like this one too, it works differently than the roller and it nice to just lay there and stretch for a few.
